Twenty-four tools that save you time, money and headaches — each one built by describing what you want in plain English. Use the example prompts below as your starting point, then make them your own.
How to use this page: copy a prompt, paste it into Base44, and press send. Then keep talking to it — add a field, change a label, ask for a report. You do not need to get it perfect on the first try.
Tool 01
Keep every prospect, conversation and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.
“Build me a CRM where I can add leads with their name, company, email and phone. Let me move each lead through stages: New, Contacted, Proposal, Won, Lost. Show a dashboard with how many leads sit in each stage.”
Tool 02
Let clients book your time without a single back-and-forth message.
“Build a booking app for my business. Visitors pick a service, see only the time slots that are still open, and book with their name and email. Send them a confirmation and show me all upcoming bookings.”
Tool 03
A private login where clients see their own projects, files and approvals.
“Build a client portal where clients log in and see only their own projects. They can view the files I upload, leave a comment, and either approve a file or request changes.”
Tool 04
Know exactly who has paid, who is late, and what you have collected.
“Build an invoice tracker. I add an invoice with the client, amount and due date. Show me which ones are unpaid, overdue or paid, and show total revenue collected this month.”
Tool 05
Track stock levels and get warned before you run out.
“Build an inventory manager for my products with name, SKU, quantity and minimum stock level. When the quantity drops below the minimum, flag that item as "Reorder now".”
Tool 06
See every project, task and deadline at a glance.
“Build a project dashboard where I can create projects with tasks, an owner and a due date. Show each project’s progress as a percentage and list any tasks that are overdue.”
Tool 07
New hires know exactly what to do, step by step.
“Build an onboarding hub for new hires. Each new employee gets a checklist of steps, the policies to read, and a progress bar showing how far along they are.”
Tool 08
Collect reviews and spot problems before they cost you customers.
“Build a feedback page where customers rate their experience from 1 to 5, leave a comment and pick a reason. Show me the average rating and a list of all feedback.”
Tool 09
Deliver your expertise as a gated, trackable online program.
“Build a course portal with lessons and videos. Members log in and see only the lessons they have unlocked. Track their progress and show a completion bar.”
Tool 10
Plan your content and campaigns, then track what actually went out.
“Build a marketing calendar where I plan posts and campaigns by date, with the channel and a status of idea, drafted, scheduled or published. Show it in a month view.”
Tool 11
Promote an event, take registrations and manage the attendee list.
“Build an event registration tool. Show my upcoming events with a photo, date and price, let people register and pay, and give me a list of everyone who signed up.”
Tool 12
An assistant that knows your business and can work with your data.
“Add an AI assistant to my app that answers questions about my products and services, and that can look up or create records in my database when I ask it to.”
Tool 13
Your most important numbers, together on one screen.
“Build a dashboard that shows my key numbers: sales this month, open projects, low-stock items and new leads, each in its own card with a chart.”
Tool 14
Reminders, confirmations and alerts that happen on their own.
“Email me whenever a new order comes in, and send the customer a thank-you email with their order details ten minutes later.”
Tool 15
Turn a conversation into a professional quote in a couple of minutes.
“Build a quote builder where I pick a client, add line items with a price and quantity, and it calculates the total for me. Let me save a quote as a draft or mark it as sent, accepted or declined, and show me which quotes are still waiting for an answer.”
Tool 16
See where your hours really go, and bill for every one of them.
“Build a time tracker where I start and stop a timer on a task for a client. Show me the hours logged per client and per week, let me mark hours as billable or not, and export a simple timesheet.”
Tool 17
Sell your products online without a complicated storefront.
“Build a small online store where I list products with a photo, price and stock. Customers add them to a cart and check out, and I can see every order with the customer details and what they bought.”
Tool 18
Know who is on a plan, who is current and who is past due.
“Build a subscription manager where I add a client with their plan, monthly amount and start date. Show me who is active, who is past due, and how much recurring revenue I collect each month.”
Tool 19
Answer the same five questions for you, day and night.
“Add a support assistant to my app that answers common customer questions using a list of answers I write myself. When it does not know the answer, it should take their email and hand the question over to me.”
Tool 20
Get the details you need before the first meeting.
“Build an intake form my clients fill in before we start, asking for their contact details, what they need and their budget. Save every submission so I can review it and mark it as new, in progress or done.”
Tool 21
Everyone knows where their order is, including you.
“Build an order tracker where each order has a customer, an item and a status: received, preparing, out for delivery or delivered. Show me today’s deliveries and flag anything that is running late.”
Tool 22
Snap a receipt, and your bookkeeping sorts itself out.
“Build an expense tracker where I log a purchase with the date, amount, category and a photo of the receipt. Show me my spending by category for the month and a running total.”
Tool 23
Build an audience you own, and stay in touch with it.
“Build a mailing list where visitors sign up with their name and email. Let me write a newsletter and send it to everyone on the list, and show me how many people are subscribed.”
Tool 24
Turn happy customers into your best salespeople.
“Build a referral program where each customer gets their own referral link. When someone signs up through a link, credit the referrer with a reward and show me a leaderboard of my top referrers.”
Beyond Tools
Agents are the next step up from a tool. Instead of waiting for you to click, they work on their own — on a schedule, or the moment something happens — and they can read and write in your database while they do it. Here are ten that quietly handle the busywork of a business, especially the social media kind.
How to use these: copy an example prompt and paste it into Base44 to build the agent. Then tell it when to run — every Monday at 8am, or whenever a new lead comes in — and where its work should land, like a draft folder or your inbox.
Agent 01
Turn one idea into a week of ready-to-post content.
“Create an agent that takes one topic I give it and writes a week of social media posts for me: a hook, a caption and hashtags for each day, in my brand voice. It should save them as drafts in my content calendar so I can approve or edit them.”
Agent 02
Hooks and scripts for short video, written for you every week.
“Create an agent that writes three short-video scripts a week for my business, each with a scroll-stopping hook, a 30-second script and a caption. Every Monday it should send me the new batch so I can film them.”
Agent 03
A daily post and smart replies, without the blank page.
“Create an agent that posts on LinkedIn for me every weekday morning in my voice, based on my industry and my services. It should also draft replies to the comments my posts get, so I can respond in a minute instead of an hour.”
Agent 04
One long piece becomes ten posts across every channel.
“Create an agent that takes a blog post or a YouTube link and turns it into social posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and X, plus a short email for my list. It should keep my tone and my key points, and save everything as drafts for me to review.”
Agent 05
Answers your customers instantly, and escalates what it cannot.
“Create an agent that answers questions from my website visitors using my own services, prices and policies. If it cannot answer something, it should collect their email and send me a summary so I can follow up personally.”
Agent 06
Scores every new lead and chases the ones worth chasing.
“Create an agent that reviews every new lead that comes in and scores them as hot, warm or cold based on what they need and their budget. It should email the hot ones a personal follow-up within an hour and add the rest to my list.”
Agent 07
A friendly newsletter, drafted and sent on schedule.
“Create an agent that writes my weekly newsletter from my latest news, events and offers, adds a personal note from me, and sends it to my mailing list every Thursday morning.”
Agent 08
Collects reviews and turns the good ones into marketing.
“Create an agent that asks every customer for a review after they buy, thanks the ones who leave a good review, and turns the best ones into testimonials I can post on my site and social media.”
Agent 09
Polite, persistent reminders so you get paid on time.
“Create an agent that watches my unpaid invoices. It should send a friendly reminder a week before the due date, on the due date, and then every week after that until the invoice is marked as paid.”
Agent 10
Your numbers, summarised and explained, every Monday.
“Create an agent that every Monday morning looks at my sales, leads, bookings and expenses for the past week and emails me a short report: what went well, what dropped, and what I should focus on this week.”
